"There have been all sorts of lies paddled about me in the media for years, but I always treated them like what they are—rumors that needed no response. But this is different. This is about my child!"

She made it clear that she is a private person who only shares what she chooses, and contrary to the ongoing speculations, Ned Nwoko is not the father of her child.

"Ned isn’t the father of my child, and whoever's name you might come up with later in your guessing games—it’s still false. Like I’ve said before, I’m not about to be anyone’s 7th wife! Polygamy isn’t for me."

In her post, Chika Ike emphasized how private she has been about her pregnancy, pointing out that no one had a clue until she personally made the announcement. She found it laughable that people believed they could uncover details about her life when she had chosen to keep them hidden.

Despite the rumors, Chika Ike remains unbothered. She understands that false stories come with her career but made it clear that the only reason she chose to address this particular rumor was because it involved her child.

 "Keep digging and coming up with your false news. I don’t care about rumors because I understand it comes with my career choice. The only reason I’m responding to this is because this is about my child."

She concluded by saying that her privacy is her peace, and no one can take that away from her.
