These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of scrollforth.ng (the "Service"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You are solely responsible for any content that you post, upload, transmit, or otherwise make available on the Service. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Transmit any viruses, worms, or other harmful code.

5 (a). Objectionable Content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive conduct. User-generated content may be filtered for objectionable material. Additionally, if your post or account is reported and found to be in violation of our Terms of Use or guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the offending post and to suspend or close your account.

6. Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation

Scrollforth has a zero-tolerance policy towards content or behavior related to Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). Under no circumstances shall any user engage in or facilitate any form of CSAE. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit content, communication, or behavior that abuses, exploits, or endangers minors.

The following activities are explicitly prohibited on Scrollforth: 

• Grooming or attempting to groom a minor for sexual purposes.
• Any form of sextortion involving minors.
• Trafficking or assisting in the trafficking of minors for sexual exploitation.
• Publication or sharing of explicit content depicting minors, including manipulated images.
• Any other behavior or content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children.

6 (a). Reporting and Enforcement

We are committed to the safety of all users. If you witness any activity that appears to violate these terms, please report it immediately using our designated reporting channels. Upon confirmation of any breach, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including account termination, removal of content, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

6 (b). Acknowledgement

By using Scrollforth, you acknowledge and agree to comply with these terms. Any attempts to circumvent, breach, or undermine this prohibition will result in immediate action, including potential legal consequences.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose information about you.

8. Intellectual Property

All content included on the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of scrollforth or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall Scrollforth Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, regardless of any conflicts with the laws of other jurisdictions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
