Born Oludotun Baiyewu Jacobs on July 11, 1942, in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Olu Jacobs has had an illustrious career spanning over five decades. He is widely regarded as one of the most influential figures in the Nigerian movie industry, often dubbed Nollywood.
Olu Jacobs' journey in the world of acting began when he attended the Royal Academy of Dramatic Arts in London.
